  • Sourcing Fee: from £3,000.00, payable on reservation of a deal (less £500.00 paid).
  • Packaging Fee: from £2,000.00, covering due diligence, introductions, and end-to-end coordination.

Fees typically range from £3,000 to £5,000+ excluding VAT at the standard rate, and depending on:

  • Complexity
  • Yield
  • Strategy (e.g., commercial conversion vs. vanilla BTL)
  • Time required

Our Commercial fee structure is transparent and straightforward:

  • Deal Sourcing Fee: typically 1.5% – 3% of the purchase price (depending on deal complexity).
  • Packaging Fee: fixed fee from £1,500.00, payable upon completion.

Fees may vary depending on the type and size of the investment.

We always ensure clarity and fairness — no hidden charges, and all fees are agreed in writing before proceeding.
